Head of School Welcome

Thanks for your interest in Inly. We hope you’ll explore our website and visit our growing campus to see our innovative learning environment in action.
What makes us unique? We work hard to ensure our students not only achieve high academic success, but also excel in the 21st century skills necessary to navigate the world as thoughtful global citizens. Our nurturing teachers foster each student’s natural curiosity and inclination to learn, providing the environment for discovering his or her own potential within.

Individuality is celebrated at Inly. Creativity is integrated into our rigorous Montessori-based curriculum and fuels all we do. Learning by doing is our way of life—whether it’s toddlers digging in our organic gardens, sixth graders tinkering with robotics or middle schoolers rigging a schooner in the open ocean.

Creativity & Innovation at Inly

By nurturing a culture of creativity, our teachers spur imagination and innovation. We challenge students to take risks and question traditional assumptions, empowering them to identify and solve complex problems. And, with the da Vinci Studio, an innovation lab for robotics, 3D printing, digital arts and tinkering, we elevate our long-held tenets to a whole new level.

As a team of forward-thinking educators, we help guide the next generation of innovators, preparing them to adapt and excel in fields of the future and the complex, ever-changing world around them.

We invite you to visit our 10-acre campus, meet our students, and see what makes our school one-of-a-kind. Visit the Inly Admissions page to see our open house schedule and arrange a campus tour. We’d love to show you around!

Executives Learn From the Inly Model

Innovative Leadership

Donna Milani Luther has been the visionary force of the School since 1996 as it has grown from a student population of 160 to 290. During that time she has expanded the Toddler, Preschool, Elementary and Middle School programs; received dual accreditation from AISNE and AMS; increased professional development opportunities for faculty and staff; and expanded the campus to include the Meehan Family Artsbarn, Sunflower Hill outdoor classroom and walking trails, and the Grealish Family Pavilion, featuring the da Vinci Studio for innovation, a new Library, and six new classrooms.

Donna also teaches seminars on the integration of creativity, leadership, and team building to educators and business professionals worldwide. She is an adjunct faculty member at Suffolk University and at Lesley University in the national and international M.Ed. program for Creative Arts in Learning.

Visit the Inly Faculty and Staff page for a full bio of Donna and other members of our learning community.
What do I love most about coming to school everyday? Witnessing the joy in simple discoveries, seeing children of all ages engaged in rigorous, self-directed learning, knowing with confidence that no two lessons, two classes or two days will ever be the same.
