Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice
Inly weaves diversity, equity, inclusion and justice into everything we do. Multicultural and anti-bias materials and activities are intentionally included at each level of education to create a culture of inclusion.
Students develop an understanding of their identity and the world around them without the need to feel superior. They form an ease with human diversity, a sense of fairness and justice, and the ability to stand up for themselves and others.
