Marion grew up in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where she attended a warm, community-oriented school much like Inly. She later learned the foundations of Montessori schooling from those who had trained her mother to be a teacher in Sao Paulo. Marion graduated Boston University cum laude and completed her Montessori training at Seton Montessori Institute in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. She expects to learn as much in her classroom as she teaches there.

For 10 years, Georgie worked as assistant director of the onsite child care center at Beth Israel Hospital. For the next nine years, she served as director of the Carriage House Nursery School in Cohasset. Georgie holds a B.A. in education from University of Massachusetts-Amherst. She took graduate courses at Wheelock College, and completed her teacher training through Lesley University with the Reggio Emilia Institute.

Janice holds a B.S. degree in early childhood education from North Adams State College and an M.Ed. from Endicott College. She received her AMS certification for ages 3-6 from the Northeast Montessori Institute and has been a preschool teacher at Inly for more than 10 years. When not surrounded by her Children's House friends, Janice enjoys gardening, quilting, sewing, knitting, and spending time with her West Highland White Terrier.

Serena worked as an assistant in a Children’s House classroom in Denver as well as Hull before joining the Inly community. She got her Montessori training at Gordon College and is now working toward a master’s degree in elementary education. Serena comes to the school with over ten years of nannying experience. She values the strong community ties at Inly and hopes to share her love of cooking with the students to provide them with healthy, allergy-friendly treats.

While her children were young, Nancy directed a child care program in her home. She has been an active volunteer at the Eames Way Elementary School in Marshfield and has volunteered in classes from Kindergarten through grade 5. Prior to raising her family, Nancy was an insurance professional and operations analyst for Commercial Union Insurance Company.

Dee grew up in Norwell and began working at Inly in the Child Care program throughout her high school years. She graduated from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI, with a B.A. in management and later completed her Montessori 3-6 training through the Northeast Montessori Institute. Dee worked as a Children's House assistant for two years, and has since served as a Children's House lead teacher for five years. For several years, Dee has also enjoyed working in stage management for the Inly Players theater productions.

Lauren holds a B.A. in early childhood education and human development from Boston College and received her Montessori training at the Northeast Montessori Institute. She attended Inly (then called The Montessori Community School) from ages three to 10, and returned here to teach in Children's House from 2001–2007. After earning her master's degree in organizational psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology and working in the corporate learning and development field, Lauren returned to Inly in 2010 to teach in Children's House. In addition to teaching, she also serves as Program Director of the Children's House preschool and kindergarten program.
