Prior to joining Inly in 2007, Mark worked as a lower elementary teacher at Cambridge Montessori School in Cambridge, MA and then as a middle school teacher at Community Montessori School in Tampa, FL. He began his teaching career at Montessori Community School in Durham, NC, where he worked as an elementary assistant and physical education instructor. Mark holds a B.A. in Japanese studies from Earlham College. He received his lower elementary certification in 2003 from Montessori Education Center of the Rockies (MECR) in Boulder, CO; his adolescent certification in 2006 from North American Montessori Teachers Association (NAMTA) in Cleveland, OH; and his upper elementary certification in 2008 from Seacoast Center for Education in Exeter, NH. He currently enjoys working in Inly's Lower Elementary Three classroom.

Elsa earned her B.A. in early childhood and elementary education from Boston College. She completed her Montessori 3–6 training at the Washington Montessori Institute in Washington, D.C. In 2009, she finished her Elementary training with the North American Montessori Training Program. She began teaching in the toddler program at Inly when it was The Montessori Community School. After staying home to raise four children for a number of years, she returned to Inly in 2000 to pursue her love for teaching.

Margie is a graduate of the St. Nicholas Montessori College in Dublin, Ireland, where she earned her Montessori Children's House and Lower Elementary advanced diploma in education. She taught in Ireland before coming to the United States and for three years taught in the elementary program at Montessori Educare in Newton. Since 2001 she has been pleased to serve as a Lower Elementary teacher at Inly.

Suzy has been teaching for the past 20 years and completed Level One of Montessori Assistant training in 2005. A Philadelphia native, she attended Germantown Friends School and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Philadelphia College of Art. Suzy completed her Montessori Children's House teacher training in 2011 and began her Montessori Lower Elementary training in summer 2012. When not surrounded by her student friends, Suzy enjoys reading, gardening, hiking, taking photographs, and spending time with her family.

Pattyann has a B.A. in humanities from Wheelock College with a concentration in elementary education and curriculum studies. Prior to joining Inly as a co-teacher in Lower Elementary Three, Pattyann taught 3rd and 4th grade at the Rosa Parks Alternative School in Cambridge as well as 4th grade in the Weymouth public school system. Pattyann says she “found” Inly and the Montessori method of teaching after searching for a school for her two oldest children. “It was the kind of teaching I was trying to do in other places. I had finally found a place I could be the kind of teacher I always wanted to be.” She went on to earn her Montessori certification from the Seacoast Center for Learning in New Hampshire and has been at Inly ever since.
