Great Turnout for Winter Gathering

More than 50 Inly alumni and parents reunited on December 19 at Papa Razzi in Hanover for the annual Winter Alumni Gathering. Members of the Classes of 2003 through 2011 and many parents enjoyed a festive holiday reception with Donna Milani Luther, Julie Kelly-Detwiler, Tschol Slade, Ellyn Einhorn, Pam Golden, Alexa Hickman Houghton and Joanne Kinsman.

Robbie Canning '04 and Francesca Gratta '05 spoke about their travels overseas and encouraged younger alumni to take advantage of the opportunities for study abroad during high school and college.

Robbie spent time in Australia and Francesca currently attends the American University in London and both have traveled extensively. When Julie asked audience members who have participated in foreign study programs to stand, the numbers were impressive, highlighting the global focus that Inly alumni possess. Robbie told his classmates that, while in Japan, he visited teachers who had come to Inly when they were students. Julie mentioned the value of tapping into the Inly network for alumni as they travel, study, and apply for jobs.
