Prior to joining Inly in 2001, Judy ran a private day care center for four years. She has since completed Montessori Assistant and Advanced Assistant workshops at Gordon College. Judy's two daughters graduated from Inly -- Jacquelyn in 2002 and Sonny in 2006.

After receiving her B.A. in Early Childhood Education from Bridgewater State University, Katelyn worked as a teacher and team leader for Head Start. During college she did her student teaching work at a preschool in Whitman, MA and also did lots of babysitting -- a job she has loved since the age of 12. Katelyn also loves animals and enjoys spending time on the beach with her two dogs, Boo and Babes.

Sarah majored in human development at a vocational high school and received her bachelor's degree in early childhood education from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Sarah also has her Director's License. She brings more than 25 years of teaching experience to Inly.

Tracey earned her Montessori birth-12 advanced diploma in education from St. Nicholas Montessori College in Dublin, Ireland. Most recently she was an EL-1 teacher at Montessori Educare in Newton, MA. She has also taught in Ireland and Australia. She is currently completing her bachelor's degree at Lesley University and intends to pursue her master's degree there as well.

Lyn attended Dean Junior College and has an associate's degree in social sciences. She has three grown children and over the years has volunteered extensively in the community. Prior to coming to Inly, she worked in a toy specialty shop. She enjoys weaving Nantucket baskets, crocheting, walking, and most of all, working with children.
