Tuition Payment Plan Program

Effective with 2011–2012 tuition payments, all families will be required to enroll in a new program called Tuition Management Systems (TMS), a division of Keybank NA, to pay annual tuition bills.

Through TMS, you will be able to enroll online. This secure web-based enrollment tool is designed to make the enrollment process fast, simple and real-time. The new plan will provide for a variety of payment plan options:

• Payment In Full—Due June 1
• Semi-Annual Payment Plan—Due June 1 and November 1, with a one-time enrollment fee of $20
• Nine-Month Payment Plan—Due May 1 through January 1, with a one-time enrollment fee of $50

Enrollment Deposit
There is a $2,000 enrollment deposit due with your enrollment agreement each year. This non-refundable deposit is what holds a spot for your child and is credited to last tuition payment.

Late payment
Tuition bills not paid when due will incur a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) of the unpaid balance. A $25 charge will be made for any check returned to us by the bank. Details about participation in the Tuition Refund Insurance Plan will be sent with enrollment information. Inly may cancel a student’s enrollment if payments are not made by the agreed upon due dates.

Financial Assistance
Families who demonstrate that their financial resources are insufficient to pay the full cost of tuition are eligible to apply for financial assistance.
