Applying for the 2012-2013 school year
Applicants who meet the following deadlines will be considered in our first round of file reviews and notified of our decision on March 9, 2012. Applications received and completed after the February 15, 2012 deadline will be considered on a rolling basis, as space permits.

Visits
Middle School
Middle School (grades 7 and 8)
Middle School applicants visit on a mutually convenient day
Jan 10–Feb 2 (8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m., M–Th)
Elementary
Lower Elementary (grades 1–3) and
Upper Elementary (grades 4–6)
Second grade applicants and older visit Elementary classrooms
Jan 31 or Feb 6 (9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.)
First Grade
First grade applicants (current Kindergartners) visit Lower Elementary
Jan 30 (12:30–2:30 p.m.)
Toddlers, Preschool & Kindergarten
Toddler House and Children's House interviews
Feb 3 (morning)
Feb 15 All application steps above must be completed
Mar 09 Admissions decisions are mailed
Apr 04 Revisit Day for students applying for grades K–7
