Applying for the 2013-2014 school year
Applicants who meet the following deadlines will be considered in our first round of file reviews and notified of our decision on March 8, 2013. Applications received and completed after the February 15, 2013 records deadline will be considered on a rolling basis, as space permits.
Jan 23 Deadline for submitting Application form and fee
Feb 15 Financial Aid Application deadline for new students
Feb 15 Deadline for all student records
Visits
Middle School
Middle School (grades 7 and 8)
Middle School applicants visit on a mutually convenient day
Jan 7–Feb 15 (8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m., M–Th)
Elementary
Lower Elementary (grades 1–3) and
Upper Elementary (grades 4–6)
Second grade applicants and older visit Elementary classrooms
Jan 7–Feb 15 (9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.)
First Grade
First grade applicants (current Kindergartners) visit Lower Elementary
Jan 7–Feb 15 (12:30–2:30 p.m.)
Toddlers, Preschool & Kindergarten
Toddler House and Children's House interviews
Rolling now: Tuesdays (8:45-9:15 am) or Wednesdays (9:00-9:30 am)
Feb 15 All application steps above must be completed
Mar 08 Admissions decisions are mailed
Apr 03 Revisit Day for students applying for grades 4–7
Apr 10 Enrollment contracts and deposits are due
