Academic Curriculum Overview

Montessori Methods and Philosophy
Our Montessori-based curriculum fosters students' curiosity and natural inclination to learn. This proven, hundred-year-old approach is praised by educators and business leaders alike for its focus on creativity and innovation. Read what the Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review and others have to say at Why Montessori Education?
State Standards
Our curriculum is creative, rigorous and comprehensive. At every grade level it aligns with Massachusetts state standards and frameworks — and goes well above and beyond.
21st Century Skills
Our students excel in 21st century skills: like critical thinking and problem-solving, creativity and innovation, communication, collaboration and life skills. Our academic curriculum has always been designed with these important elements in mind.
Global Awareness
Global awareness is a key element of our integrated Montessori curriculum. World languages, geography and cultural studies are taught at every level—from preschool through grade 8.
- Experiential Learning
Experiential education keeps students highly engaged. Hands-on lessons and project-based learning promote deep understanding of core academic concepts and keep learning fun. Inly kids genuinely like going to school—even middle schoolers (just ask them)!
